不同组织氛围对追随力的影响:员工情感状态的中介效应

The Effects of Organizational Climate on Followership: The Mediating Effect of Staff Emotional State

摘要: 本文运用结构模型对667份问卷进行了统计分析,结果发现:支持性组织氛围对积极情感、控制性组织氛围对消极情感均产生显著影响;积极情感对员工追随力五维度均产生显著正向影响,而消极情感对员工追随力五维度产生正负两种影响;积极情感完全中介支持性组织氛围与员工追随力的关系;消极情感部分中介控制性组织氛围与员工追随力的关系,其中对追随力的进取精神、认知悟性、执行技能维度起负向中介效应,对关系技能、影响力维度起微弱正向中介效应。

Abstract: This study employs a structural model in order to make a statistical analysis through 667 questionnaires. And it finds out that supportive organizational climate has a significant effect on active emotions as well as controlling organizational climate on passive emotions; active emotions have a notably positive effect on the five dimensional construct, while passive emotions bring about both positive and passive influence on the five dimensions; active emotions support intermediately and completely the relationship between organizational climate and the meditative effect of staff, and the enterprising spirit, cognitive perception, execution skills of the mediating effect execute an inverse intermediate effect, while a weak affirmative meditative effect is executed on relation skills and the ability to influence. 
