中亚周边国家贸易便利化对中国出口贸易的影响

The China′s Export Trade Effect from Trade Facilitation of Neighboring Countries in Central Asia

摘要： 丝绸之路经济带建设为中国向西开放提供重要契机，本文选取2008-2014年贸易便利化的数据测算中国及中亚周边国家贸易便利化的水平，通过构建扩展的贸易引力模型分析影响中国出口贸易的因素。结果表明：中国与中亚周边国家贸易便利化处于不便利水平，贸易便利化对出口的带动效应大于关税减让；在贸易便利化结构指标中,对中国出口贸易的影响度从高到低依次为海关环境、口岸效率、规制环境和电子商务。

Abstract: The construction of Silk Road Economic Belt provides an important opportunity for China′s opening to the west. Based on the 2008-2014 annual data, this article calculates trade facilitation level of China and neighboring countries in central Asia, and then builds expended trade gravitation model to analyze factors affecting China′s export trade. The result shows that the trade facilitation level of China and neighboring countries in central Asia is not convenient. Trade facilitation driving effects on export is greater than the tariff concession; in trade facilitation structure index, from high to low, the factors of effect degree in turn are the customs, port efficiency, regulation environment and e-commerce.
