摘要/Abstract

摘要： 以往关于创业导向、伦理导向与企业经济绩效之间关系的研究中，一般都强调合法性的调节作用，然而这些模型的边界条件和作用机制仍然没有被充分讨论，其中的中介因素尚未被探明。基于新制度主义理论和战略导向配置视角，通过建立回归模型并对假设进行检验，本文分析了创业导向、伦理导向及其交互作用与企业经济绩效之间的合法性路径。实证研究结果表明创业导向、伦理导向能够通过合法性对企业经济绩效产生积极影响，但两者的交互作用并不能对企业经济绩效产生明显的正向作用。

Abstract: In previous studies, the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation, ethical orientation and firm performance emphasized the regulatory role of legitimacy. However, the boundary conditions and mechanism of these models are still not fully discussed, and the intermediary factors have not been proved yet. Based on the New Institutionalism theory and the strategy-oriented allocation perspective, this paper analyzes the legitimacy path between interaction and performance of entrepreneurial orientation and ethical orientation, and firm perfomance by establishing a regression model and testing the hypothesis. Empirical results show that entrepreneurial orientation and ethical orientation can positively affect firm performance through legitimacy, but the interaction between them have no a significant positive effect on firm performance.
