新型城镇化与流通业、旅游业耦合协调发展 ——基于协同理论的实证研究

Coupling Coordinated Development of New Urbanization, Circulation Industry and Tourism Industry: An Empirical Study based on Synergy Theory

摘要： 基于产业耦合、比较优势和赫克歇尔-俄林理论，本文研究新型城镇化与流通业、旅游业之间的耦合互动作用机制，构建新型城镇化与流通业、旅游业的评价指标体系，并建立三系统协调发展评价模型。通过对北京市2005-2016年时间序列数据的实证分析，发现流通业、旅游业与新型城镇化之间协调发展关系显著，两产业能够促进新型城镇化的发展；流通业、旅游业与新型城镇化的发展水平均较高且协调一致时，有利于系统组合实现更高水平的协调等级。因此应深化新型城镇化建设的内在动力机制研究，制定有效的产业政策促进三者协调发展。

Abstract: Based on the theories of industrial coupling, comparative advantage and Heckscher-Ohlin, the paper studies the coupling interaction mechanism among new urbanization, circulation industry and tourism industry, and builds the evaluation index system and the coordinated development evaluation model of three systems. Through the empirical analysis of time series data of Beijing from 2005 to 2016, it is found that there is significant coordinated development relationship among the three systems, and circulation industry and tourism industry can promote the development of new urbanization;when the development levels of new urbanization, circulation industry and tourism industry are high and coordinated, it is helpful for the system combination to achieve higher coupling coordination level. Therefore, it is necessary to deepen the research on the internal dynamic mechanism of new urbanization and formulate effective industrial policies to promote the coordinated development of the three systems.
